Just a note to say that all attempts to update have failed, it seems other people are have the same issue as me (However, most programs designed for the 32-bit version of Windows do work on the 64-bit version of Windows). The upgrade is from Windows 8.1 to 10 there was no indication that there would be an issue when I upgraded it updated very quickly and efficiently Windows stops them from running stating "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems.
I have recently upgraded to Windows 10 and the only issue I have is with the above Intel Graphics Drivers
